Thando Bhebhe is currently a fourth – year student at Wilfrid Laurier University, studying for an honors degree in English. Born in Zimbabwe and raised in Namibia, he emigrated to Canada in 2019 with a wealth of diverse experiences to draw from within his writing. His short stories and poems have been published in The Sputnik, a university newspaper. He dreams of one day writing in a professional capacity.
After time spent as a freelance writer, Claire Francis is currently exploring her potential as a literary artist. Her writing has been published by various outlets, including Toronto Life, Byrdie, and the Hamilton Review of Books. She is a licensed ESL/EFL instructor with an Honours BA in English Literature.
Mckenzie Martin (she/her) is a writer and poet from Hamilton, Ontario. She is currently working on her third year of an English Literature major at Wilfrid Laurier University, but she has been writing for as long as she can remember. She has a passion for writing sci-fi, fantasy, and horror. Her dream is to write and publish stories that entertain and intrigue readers.
Jarrett Mazza is a graduate of Goddard College’s MFA in Creative Writing Program in Plainfield, Vermont as well as The Humber School For Writers.
Before completing his terminal degree, he studied writing at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and comic book writing under Ty Templeton and Andy Schmidt. He has had stories published online in the GNU Journal, Bewildering Stories, Trembling With Fear, Aphelion, The Scarlet Leaf Review, and Toronto Prose Mill, The Fictional Cafe. His work is featured in anthologies by Silver Empire Publishing, a best seller, Zimbell House Publishing,NBH Publishing, MuseWrite Press, twice by Dragon Soul Press, Gypsum Sound Tales, Hellbound Books and The Ginosko Literary Journal. All are available on Amazon for purchase. He was also an Honorable Mention for the Freda Waldon Award for Fiction, nominated for an Indie Book award, and was featured as a visiting author for the nationwide We Read Canadian event in 2020. His mystery short story was published in an anthology under the editorial supervision of Michael Bracken by Down and Out Books. He is currently a pulp fiction writer for the companies Airship 27 and Stormgate Press. He lives in Hamilton, Ontario.
Jennifer Wild is currently a third-year student at Wilfrid Laurier University. Born in Yorkshire, she has a passion for British Literature, and writing. She has two children and three cats (Mr. Darcy, Poppy and Lydia). Last summer she created “Noteworthy In Norwich,” her town's newsletter, writing, editing and putting it together. She has peformed at several open mic nights, including Woodstock’s Early Bird Cafe.
Drawing on personal experiences, she writes about motherhood, gender inequality and violence against women.
