BIOS

BROOKE LOCKYER is the author of Burr (Nightwood Editions), called "a charming and appealingly atmospheric debut novel" by Brett Josef Grubisic of the Toronto Star. She holds a BA from Barnard College and an MA in English in the Field of Creative Writing from the University of Toronto. Her work has been published in Toronto Life, carte blanche, the Hart House Review, White Wall Review and Geist. Born in Southwestern Ontario, Lockyer currently resides with her family in Toronto.

Circle Tour is EVA TIHANYI‘s ninth poetry collection. Most recently, The Largeness of Rescue (2016) garnered a Fred Cogswell Award for Excellence in Poetry. She has also published a volume of short stories, Truth and Other Fictions (2009). Tihanyi, who taught English at Niagara College from 1989 to 2020, now writes full time. She lives in the Port Dalhousie neighbourhood of St. Catharines, Ontario.

GARY BARWIN is the author of 26 books including a Nothing the Same, Everything Haunted: The Ballad of Motl the Cowboy which won the Canadian Jewish Literary Award and Bird Arsonist (with Tom Prime) His national bestselling novel Yiddish for Pirates  won the Leacock Medal for Humour and the Canadian Jewish Literary Award, was a finalist for the Governor General’s Award for Fiction and the Scotiabank Giller Prize, and was long listed for Canada Reads. He lives in Hamilton, Ontario.
